Jaspell Jaldi: Minimum System Requirements
The various versions of Jaspell Jaldi require or required the following specifications
of a computer for the software to run satisfactorily. No special keyboard is
involved, as key inputs only use the standard ASCII characters that are shown on common
keyboards.
| Version 8 and 9: - Current 32-bit Jaldi
for 32-bit or 64-bit Windows Systems |
| This 32-bit driver software
is for the current 32-bit version of Jaspell Jaldi and applies to Versions 2.0.0 and
higher which were issued from 28th May 2000 onwards. |
| Windows 95 or higher |
| RAM as for Windows |
| 10Mb hard disk; much less, if no sound files loaded |
| CD-ROM or download |
| Versions 2 - 7: 32-bit Jaldi for 32-bit
Windows |
| This 32-bit driver software

| The 16-bit drivers apply
only to the earliest version of Jaspell Jaldi (Version 1), which was issued from April
1995 to 27th May 2000. |

| 7Mb hard disk; much less for only one script system and no sound files. |
| 1.44Mb floppy drive. |
